Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. While we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, we ask our customers to allow up to two weeks for delivery even though an order may be delivered sooner. If after two weeks, you have not received your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@rufskin.com. Free FedEx Ground and FedEx International Economy shipping is available on all orders over $500 USD. RUFSKIN reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary although we will try to adhere to your chosen method. Unless informed otherwise by a RUFSKIN, LLC representative, your order may be left in your mailbox or at the doorstep of the shipping address. Please be advised that if you choose an expedited shipping method, your order still has to process through fulfillment. The expedited service starts at the time your package is shipped. If a delivery is refused by the customer without prior authorization from RUFSKIN, LLC, a fee may be incurred for the return shipment and initial shipping costs will not be included with any subsequent request for a refund.

RUFSKIN LLC is proud to offer international shipping options. All orders are dispatched from the United States of America. Your purchase will be totaled in US Dollars including shipping charges. Please note; RUFSKIN LLC is in no way responsible for any additional import charges, VAT, duties or customs fees incurred on your shipment when the package arrives in your country. These fees vary by country, consult your local tax and customs authorities for details. If a delivery is refused by the customer for any reason without prior authorization from RUFSKIN, LLC, a fee may be incurred for the return shipment and initial shipping costs will not be included with any subsequent request for a refund.

US Postal Service’s First Class Mail International may be offered to certain countries.  It is an affordable option for small packages weighing four pounds (1.8 kilograms) or less to international destinations. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. When this option is selected orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatch from our warehouse. *NOTE – USPS First Class International service has been temporarily suspended as a result of the global pandemic.
